When and how can I get a refund?

To send messages to other users on Kamernet, you must have a Premium subscription. There are 3 different subscriptions available: 

  • 15-days (recurring)
  • 1 month (recurring)
  • 3 months (one-time payment)

If you were mistakenly billed twice, you can request a refund. In this article, we'll discuss the scenarios in which you can get a refund.

I didn't cancel in time

Make sure to cancel your subscription 24 hours before it's due for renewal. If you cancel it on the billing date, your chosen payment method will get charged for another period.

E.g., Your subscription is due to renew on 14 September. You must cancel your subscription before 13 September.

If you canceled your subscription too late and were debited for another billing cycle: we can't issue a refund. 

If you only want to have a Premium account for 15 days or 1 month: you can buy the matching subscription and cancel it on the same day. You can still use the Premium subscription until the 15 days or 1 month are up, but you won't be billed for a new cycle.

I have 2 subscriptions

If you've accidentally bought 2 premium subscriptions, let us know, and we'll refund you. Unfortunately, we can't issue a refund if you've used both subscriptions to message a user.
