When and how can I get a refund?

To send messages to other users, you need a Premium subscription. We offer three different options:

  • A 4-week subscription (recurring)

  • A 12-week subscription (recurring)

  • A 6-month plan (one-time payment)

If you were mistakenly billed twice, you can request a refund. This article explains the situations in which a refund is possible.


I didn't cancel in time

Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the next billing date. If you cancel on the billing date, your chosen payment method will be charged for another period.

Unfortunately, if you cancelled your subscription too late and were billed for another cycle, we cannot issue a refund. The service for that new period has already begun.

If you only need a Premium account for a short time, you can buy a subscription and cancel it on the same day. You will still have access to all Premium features until your 4-week or 12-week subscription period is over, but you won't be charged again.

How to cancel your subscription

I have 2 subscriptions

If you accidentally purchased two subscriptions, please let us know, and we will refund you. However, if you have used both subscriptions to message a user, we are unable to issue a refund.
