Renewal

The 4-week and 12-week plans are subscriptions that auto-renew unless you cancel them. The moment they renew depends on which one you purchased: either every 4 weeks or every 12 weeks, counting from the date of the purchase.

You can find the date at the bottom of your 'My Account' page. Ensure that the email address registered with your Kamernet account is accurate and up-to-date to receive renewal reminders without any issues.

Kamernet sends an automatic renewal reminder email to the registered email address a few days before the subscription renewal date. This reminder ensures users have sufficient time to cancel their subscription if they do not wish to continue.

The debit will appear on your statements about 3 days after this renewal date. You will receive an invoice for every billing cycle.

For every subsequent billing cycle, we will automatically debit your pre-authorized payment method.

An example using the 4-week plan:

You purchase a Premium Account on May 1st. You can use it until May 28th.

On May 29th, your subscription will automatically renew if you haven't canceled it yet. The next billing cycle will be from May 29th to June 25th.

If you do not cancel by June 25th, there will be an automatic renewal on June 26th, and so on.

An example using the 12-week plan:

You purchase a Premium Account on May 1st. You can use it until July 26th.

On July 27th, your subscription will automatically renew if you haven't canceled it yet. The next billing cycle will be from July 27th to October 20th.

If you do not cancel by October 20th, there will be an automatic renewal on October 21st, and so on.

Cancellation

Your subscription is still active, and new billing cycles will be initiated unless you cancel it. You can do this anytime, but please do so before the next billing cycle starts. Kamernet sends a renewal reminder email a few days before the renewal date, giving you time to cancel if needed. It is recommended to cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

So, even if you don't (want to) use your subscription any longer, unless you cancel it, new billing cycles will still be created. However, you will receive a reminder email before the renewal date to help you remember to cancel if necessary.

The invoices and more information about your Premium Account and subscription are located at the bottom of the 'My Account' page.
