What is the payment term?

When you buy a Premium Account, you will pay with iDeal, credit card, Bancontact, or Sofort. That will be the amount for the first subscription period. For the subsequent subscription periods, we will automatically charge the money from your bank account via the preauthorized direct debit method. This might take up to 3 days after the renewal.

Your subscription does not stop automatically. That means that we will renew your subscription every single subscription period until you cancel it yourself.

When there is a renewal 2 weeks or 4 weeks after the start of the previous subscription period, we will charge the subscription costs, and you will receive an invoice that can be found in your Kamernet Profile. If we are unable to receive the money from your bank account (for the first or following subscription periods), we will send you an email with payment information and instructions.

You can click on the link and pay via iDeal or credit card to complete the payment. Depending on the Premium Account account you purchased initially, the subscription will be renewed every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks.

Note: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but keep in mind that there will be a new subscription period if you haven't canceled it at least 24 hours before renewal takes place. You can find the invoices, next renewal date, current status, and more information about your Premium Account at the bottom of the page in the "My Account" tab.
