Purchase
You can purchase a Premium Account and use it to find a home or a tenant on Kamernet. You need a Premium Account to reply to listings or to initiate contact with tenants.
You can choose to get a 15 day subscription (which lasts for 15 days and renews every 15 days), or a monthly subscription.
Keep in mind that the duration of your search is strongly linked to your own preferences such as the location, budget and the size of the room or apartment.
You can easily upgrade your current account and buy a premium subscription on several pages for example by going into 'My Account' and scroll down all the way to the bottom, and click the button 'upgrade to Premium'.
Payment
You can purchase your Premium subscription on the payment page. All prices include VAT.
During the payment of the chosen product, you will need to fill out your personal information. After you filled out your information, you can select a payment method.
You can choose to pay with iDEAL, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, PayPal, Sofort, Bancontact or E-mandate. Check the payment information and be sure to carefully read the terms and conditions before agreeing to them.
Delivery
If you use iDEAL, credit card, Sofort, Bancontact or E-mandate to pay for the Premium subscription, you will immediately receive the Premium subscription after completing the payment.
So once you've paid, you can immediately contact landlords or tenants.
Automatic renewal
The 15 day subscription and the monthly subscription renew automatically.
The day you purchase one of these, counts as the first day of the first billing cycle.
When you've bought the 15 day subscription, it will renew automatically 15 days after that date. The same system applies for the monthly option, but then the subscription will renew a month after the purchase date.
These subscription will renew automatically. If you don't want to renew make sure you cancel within the first billing cycle (so before the first 15 days or month are up).
