Suppose we cannot debit the billing cycle(s) amount from your bank account (for the first or following billing cycle). In that case, you will receive a reminder containing payment information and instructions on fulfilling the outstanding balance.
Just click on the link in the email and pay to complete the payment.
Renewal
When you buy a Premium Account, you pay with iDeal, Bancontact, Sofort AfterPay, or a credit card. The amount you pay creates the first billing cycle.
The 2-weeks and 4-weeks options are subscriptions that auto-renew unless you cancel them. The moment they renew depends on which one you purchased: either every 2-weeks or every 4-weeks, counting from the date of the purchase.
The debit will appear on your statements about 3 days after this renewal date. You will receive an invoice for every billing cycle.
We will automatically debit your pre-authorized payment method for every subsequent billing cycle.
Cancellation
Your subscription is still active, and new billing cycles will be initiated unless you cancel it. You can do this anytime, but please remember that you do that before the next billing cycle starts.
So, even if you don't (want to) use your subscription any longer, new billing cycles will still be created unless you cancel it.
