Facebook connections are mutual friends and interests.
When you log in on Kamernet using the Facebook login, you can see if you have mutual friends and interests with landlords or tenants. You can even see whether you are Facebook friends with them!
To be able to see this you need an active Premium Account. This makes searching for a new home or tenant even more fun because you can see if you have any mutual friends and common interests with a potential new roommate, tenant or landlord.
When you are looking for a home:

You can also choose to only see the adverts Facebook connections:
Once the filters have been set you can see how many mutual friends and common interests you have with landlords in the search results.
Indicates if you are friends on Facebook
Indicates the amount of mutual friends you have on Facebook with this person
Indicates the amount of common interests you have on Facebook with this person
To be able to see the mutual friends and common interests you need to go to the profile of the landlord/tenant. For tenants you can click on the advertisements and then click on the landlord on the bottom left of the advertisement. For landlords you can find the profile of the tenant via searching for a tenant or on your dashboard under suggested tenants.
