Have you paid using PayPal and are you not able to use your Premium Account? There might be an eCheck on your payment.
This is unfortunately out of our control.
An eCheck results when a payment is made from an unverified account with insufficient balance on the PayPal account. So this is a status PayPal attaches to your payment.
PayPal then has to contact your bank to see if you have sufficient balance to be able to cover the costs.
To avoid an eCheck we advise you to check the balance on your PayPal account before you make the purchase.
If this is not possible we advise you to use a different payment method. If you have already made a payment using PayPal and you are unable to use your Premium Account you can contact us.
