Yes, it is possible to cancel a rent request agreement (RentOK). However, it is not a Kamernet decision to make. The agreement is between the advertiser and the tenant.
The rental contract is leading
The cancellation needs to be approved by the advertiser unless specific situations such as:
- You did not receive the key
- The place is not as described in the advert
Please contact us, and we will help you further. We kindly ask you to provide us with the following information:
- Amount
- Current key pick-up date
- Full name of the advertiser
- Proof of payment
NOTE: If 7 days have passed from the key transfer day, the amount will now be transferred to the advertiser. Unfortunately, we will not be able to help anymore. The cancellation and the refund will need to be handled between you and the advertiser.
