You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time on the Premium Account page. However, to avoid new payments, you must cancel the Premium account no later than 24 hours before renewal takes place. Kamernet operates on an auto-renewal policy for both 4-week and 12-week Premium plans. This means your subscription will continue to renew until you actively cancel it. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription on time to avoid charges. If you encounter any issues while attempting to cancel your subscription, try clearing your browser's cookies and cache, switching to a different browser or device, using incognito mode, or temporarily disabling ad blockers.
Step 1.
Click 'STOP PREMIUM ACCOUNT' in the subscription section at the bottom of the "My Account" page or in the menu on the left of the page. Ensure that you finalize cancellation at least 24 hours before your renewal date to prevent charges. If the 'STOP PREMIUM ACCOUNT' button does not work, try refreshing the page or accessing the site from a different browser or device.
Step 2.
You will receive a pop-up warning. Click ‘yes’ to confirm your cancellation.
Step 3.
The subscription has been canceled. Please make sure you receive an email confirmation of your cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact Kamernet support for assistance.
Your Premium Subscription will not be renewed after the current billing cycle ends. You can continue to use your Premium subscription till the end of the current cycle. During this period, all Premium features, including enhanced communication options, will remain available for your use.
If you do not cancel your Premium Subscription, it will be renewed every 4 weeks or every 12 weeks, depending on the type of Premium Account you purchased. It is important to note that this renewal is automatic and continuous until you actively cancel the subscription.
Once your subscription cycle is over, you will still have access to the chats you've opened. This means you can continue communicating with those you previously were in contact with. However, other Premium features, such as early access to listings or priority support, will no longer be available once the subscription period ends. Once your subscription period has ended, you can request the deletion of your Kamernet account. This process will permanently remove your account and any associated personal data from Kamernet’s system. To request account deletion, ensure your Premium subscription has fully expired and contact Kamernet through the account settings or support page.
